I tried too (unsuccessful).

In all fairness, it seems this is a blackberry centered company. The viigo install looks for .Net 2.0 Compact Framework and if it isn't found, it suggests installing it over-the-air. Well, most of us already have 3.0 or 3.5 ... so obviously their installer hasn't been setup to check for CF 2.0 -OR- greater.
