dlynch it seems a lot of people are having this problem, there are several post popping up. I hope you do well getting your fixed. Sorry about having to leave before you got it fixed. The process in chat works good sometimes, but yesterday as you could see people would pop in and try to give answers right in the middle of us doing something. Then we would have to go through the whole list over and over. Did that, did that, did thats, etc... I know you were getting confused and I hate that you didn't get fixed. Hope the suggestions here fix you. Good luck!

Edit: I see mullet had the same probblem and he fixed his. The process he used is in the other thread you started.
