Don't forget about good old TCPMP. It defaults to a slide show when you use it to select a bunch of, say, JPGs within a folder by quick click on select All and then the OK button. But my fave is a freeware app by Dicesoft called DAVA. Googling it brings up lots of places to download, some have screen shots, and older versions. I'm using version 2.05, called DAVA2003 on Sprint Touch, and it works quite nicely.
