depends on how you're going to use it: if you want auto-updates, definitely main-mem. if just manually, storage card will be okay.

think iti's slightly faster in main-mem (just eye-balling it) so I keep it there and even with my 25 feeds I doesn't take up more than maybe 1 or 2 mb of space w/data, so it's fairly frugal with space.
You also have the option of inbetween: install in main mem but have data on the storage card. but I recommend against that for auto-updates.
