I have alltel HTC Touch 6900 and I downloaded the new rom from Alltel site and installed. I then ran the unlocker program found in this forum and then ran the 4 installs talked about in this forum and then ran GPSViewer with settings on com4 4800 baud. You then need to wait for it to see satellites and sometimes mine will not see any then I just soft reset and try again. If they show up and won't sync then I hit the sleep button on top and turn screen off and back on and most of the time it will then show the satellites with blue and then go to Google maps and when it is up you need to go to menu and tap on use GPS and it will then see the satellites. Good luck
Edit: I got it to work much better when I did a reg edit at
HKLM>Software>HTC>SUPL AGPS>GPSMode I changed it from 2 to 1 and now only have to prime it when you do a soft reset or turn on and off your phone. Works Great now.
