For those of you without this headset, do you get the same with the Z9?

Also, if you just turn the headset on, it will automatically connect with the above process but not connect wireless stereo until you actually press the button on the headset. Once wireless stereo is connected, you can't disconnect it without cycling power on the headset or cycle bluetooth on the phone.

Lastly, does everyone notice that having wireless stereo connected, the battery on both the phone and headset drains very quickly even it the phone is in idle.

With all this said, I think the headset is great. The ear loop can be flimsy and I have already broken one. I called the company and ordered extras. The only thing that bugs me is the connection process. I will get in my car, turn on bluetooth, it connects, I start a call, it drops bluetooth which leaves my caller hanging until the headset reconnects and I transfer the call back to the headset.
My 855 does pretty much the same as you wrote above.
I think I found that if I just leave the headset on all the time, then when I want to use the phone I turn on bluetooth and then hit the power button really quick on the headset to see that it is blue (and not off), then the phone quickly connects no problem. And it stays connected.

It often disconnects before a call comes in, and it doesn't seem to want to connect and answer.

I probably just need to read the instructions...
