Well, you need to install the bootloader first. It should say
TITA100 MFG
SPL-2.40. Olipro
CPLD-9

Then your ready for all the next steps. The first link I posted and the link nursemm05 posted both have the download for the bootloader/unlocker. Once that is done, you can then upgrade your radio rom and the OS ROM. You should still be able to update the bootloader when stuck in bootloader mode. That will probably get you OUT of bootloader mode when done. Can someone else confirm this? (I am obviously not 100% positive...)
