I don't see why it shouldn't. The CAB files I made are actual installers, the voicemail is a real today plugin so since most today plugins work, can't see why this one wouldn't. If you do install it and it does not work well... that's right there is an uninstaller, just uninstall from remove programs and it's completely removed.
