But I am.
Just like every iPhone customer is not a loyal sheep of AT&T, not every Mogul/Touch Pro customer is going to be loyal to Sprint.
So hooray for you: You get to pay at least $30 more for features that I already have unlimited. If you've got that kind of money to blow, good for you.
If I'm going to wait, then I might as well wait it out on MY terms. Just like I did with the Touch. I now have all the features a Sprint customer does, but with unlimited calling anywhere plus EVDO internet and tethering, and I pay $360 a year less for it.
So yeah, I'll wait. And once you Sprint users get through dealing with all the patches and bugs, I'll snag one off eBay or Craig's List for about half the price day 1 customers do theirs. A bad ESN Chocolate 3 is entirely optional in the meantime, as my Touch is still running like a champ. After all, I can afford at least two other premium phones with the savings I'll reap.

FYI I pay sprint $50/mo the same price as your cricket plans for more minutes than I could ever use (1250) unlimited m2m, free 7pm nights/weekends, unlimited data, unlimited roaming (try that on cricket), unlimited ld, unlimited data roaming, unlimited texting, etc, so no, I'm not paying $360/yr more than you. I also probably got my phone brand new for much less than you after contract perks (~$50). On the other hand you could pay to have a quality cell provider that actually carries phones and offers features such as roaming and actually has stores without hour waits and real customer service people. Either way, don't blame the 'execs' that you have to wait for the phone to become available used and on the cheap for you to flash to cricket because you're too cheap to pay a real provider or buy a new phone.
