The taskbar is Wisbar with customized icons. The dialer is DxC IPhone Dialer Black. The calculator is an Spb Elf calculator skin. I also have the Sprint welcome spash gif on S2U2 but you can't see it because the phone was plugged in when I did the capture. Also the battery with the plug changes to a battery and memory meter when it's not plugged in. You should be able to find everything from searching here, but if you can't (or don't have time to), let me know and I'll send you what I can.
