That should have just been a shortcut at that location
windows/start menu/programs..

Look for that actual exe file in the windows directory, tap and hold then tap create shortcut....or something like that Im using resco 2008 so Im not sure what the default explorer looks like....

That will create the shortcut in the window directory...Then copy that to the programs folder and delete the shortcut left over in the windows directory...done.
