Checking the date of Vogue_WM6.1_GPS_3.02.rar (July 20) it appears I'm good to go?

You definitely seem to be on an old version. Here are what mine reads (also make sure you have all the corresponding rar's downloaded) and I'm using the latest:

Did you also choose all the updates to BuildOS as well in the updater?
