I dont want needless hype. Whenever there is hype, and over-promotion its to make up for something lacking in the product, to drum up its positives to overcome some glaring negatives.
Everyone knows a RAZR. Would be nice if one of these handsets had some sort of recognition like that instead of total obscurity.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't buy a phone so that people will fawn over me. I could care less if someone recognizes my phone, so long as it does what I want/need. Seriously, why would it matter if someone knew what it was? It's a communications/computing tool. Specs are what matters... besides, if you buy a phone just for the attention it brings, i would think you would love the fact that people think it's one thing, and you get to hit em' with the "It's cooler than an iPhone" zinger.
