I like this one better than Vista-Hide simply because of setup.. Customizable colors and sounds. Nice find!

Here is an OEM for it:

OEM_Batti-2_3.............................................Batti Battery Guage v2.3

Edit: It kinda freaks out if you select always on top and activate S2U2. It flashes every couple seconds. But disabled it and it's all good!
