Cracked LCD.. refurb from ins. replacement??? **updated**
Got a refurb. from alltel for an insurance replacement for a cracked screen.... Today I was having some issues with the touch screen and ended up maybe pressing some buttons too hard and now the LCD is broke....
The screen also has the burn in white spot... What are the chances of them believing me.. Its what really happened and there are NO marks on the outside of the phone.... I have to say it must be a defective LCD...
