There's a program that the Sprint Touch comes with called MakePhoneCall.exe its located in the Windows directory and it takes command line arguments(Params). With this program you can configure any APLauncher icon to execute this program to dial any number you want. Example:
Change these values for the particular App icon location you pick
Path = \Windows\MakePhoneCall.exe
Params = 555-555-5555
After a restart, of course, when you press the app icon you configured this way it will call that number.
