I had the first gen iPhone for about 5 minutes. I sold it without opening the sealed bag. I did get a chance to play around with it. The newer iPhone is running the older 3G. When they release a 3.5G model I may pick another one up. The Blackjack and Q are running 3.5G and are a lot faster on the net.
I use to work for Cingular - AT&T for about 6 years ( free cellphone line too ) and we could try any of the new phones.
