I B.S. you not, this just happened to me last week. I used the phone placed it in my pocket, then 4.36 minutes later and I had a huge spider web across the screen. I cracked it Monday and had my brand new replacement from sprint on Wednesday. You have to get insurance because it will only get worse. It might be worth it to do a search of third party insurers.
