Aura: you need to start UL by activating (checking) it in the start\settings\today screen 'items' area because UL is a Today Screen plug-in. After the program is active on your today screen you can follow the previous instructions. Oh and if after checking it on the Today screen plug-in list you srtill dont see it, try a soft reset.
