I've gotten this multiple times myself. One of the first times I called technical support to find out what was going on. I was afraid that something had happened to my Power Vision and I was getting reduced download speeds. Tech support couldn't help me. Anyway, I would end up with Sprint Provisioning rather than Power vision. Same #777 but a totally different user id and password as mentioned above. I found that after I did a soft reset it switched back to Power Vision every time. I still have no idea what caused it though.
