Here is what is causing the confusion... These file sizes "are" different.
RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_3.42.02_SPCS2.0 4_PPST_0619_Ship.exe 64.4 MB (67,602,969 bytes)
RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_TITAN_3.42.02_S PCS2.04_PPST_0718_Ship.exe 63.9 MB (67,078,287 bytes)
The ROM/files that you end up with on your phone after updating may well be identical, but there "is" a difference in these file sizes. ...and I'm not talking out my a$$.
