ecare@cc.sprintpcs.com informing them that I have been a long time customer and that the Treo 800w eats up the battery life etc.... They responded with this
Looking upon the inconvenience in this regard, I offer you the free battery for your Treo. I request you to purchase the battery from your nearest Sprint store and write back to me with the scanned copy of purchase receipt. I will apply the credit of that amount on your account which will be adjusted against the next invoice on the account.
