Re: memory card slot not working?

Every once in a while I will have to pop mine out and back in and then it will read the card. Im sure you have tried that by now though. I would say make sure you go ahead and soft reset but Im going to assume you did that too so after that the only two things I can tell you to try is if you have a USB card reader or even one built into the PC, to take your card and put in in there and see if it will read. You can also try the card in another device if you have a Mini to full sized SD adapter. Worse case you can take the card somewhere like Walmart or anywhere else that does digital photography and see if it will read the card (assuming you dont have a reader at home). I have seen it where somehow the loading mechanism in the device itself gets bent and doesnt let the card make full contact in the device and therefore cant read it. let us know what you find.
