Problem is not with the rom, it the weird policy enforcement.
Anybody found any workaround for this. I have seen some work around to disable the pin based security but none to enable the internet email like hotmail or gmail or yahoo....
any help is appreciated!!

You're not going to find much of a way around this. It was built to be more secure for the corporate environment to take away some of the bbery market.
Your only recourse.... Hopefully you are good friends with the Systems folks at your company. Beer and food is great bribery. But depending on the company, you may not have a choice. BTW, just so you know, they can remote wipe your phone too... EVERYTHING including storage cards....
So don't be mean to them if you don't get your way. hahahahaha
