LCD replacement

anyone have a reliable source for these other than Ebay?

the one I bought in may has failed, the back light won't come on at all, and they don't do returns/refunds.

I have my old screen, which lights up, but the touch portion of it doesn't work. I can't figure out how they expect you to solder that ribbon cable on without melting it or damaging the LCD from heat.

lets see..
$40 for first LCD replacement,
$11 for replacement touch screen,
$34 for replacement flex cable

$85 invested in repairs so far, and now I am looking at another $40 for another replacement screen.... ugggh.
