From my experience, You can't really brick a phone by installing a ROM. Even if you install a ROM and the phone doesn't boot, you can always reset into bootloader mode (power+camera+reset button) and then proceed to flash another ROM.

But to answer your question...Sprint has no such code and I doubt they ever will.
