That is why I always flash clean custom roms, with no other apps in them. There is absolutely a way to uninstall these, even though they are within the rom, but it is not easy, not guaranteed to work, and can put you in a position that you need to do a hard reset. I remember reading a tutorial over at
XDA (I think?) a few months ago and most suggest to not even try it.
