You could try and get it swapped out maybe?

I know that Sprint was MORE than happy to replace mine, up to several times, in order to find one with a good screen... and I didn't even have a good one to show him--I simply pointed out that you couldn't view the screen from any sort of angle... His manager walked over and approved it... They pulled out 8 boxes or so, and sat them down on the table, fully prepared to open them all to find me one... By the grace of God, the first box was good... and I was set...

Just saying... 99% of people don't know/care about this problem, but if you bring it to their attention, chances are, as long as they view you as valuable, they will try and fix the problem...

oh, and I can safely say that the "dark spots" on these screens are directly related to whether or not you have a good screen... Mine has remained vibrant, and spot-free... while my other screens would get spots in a matter of weeks...
