ToPlay isn't a media player, it is just another interface for WMP. So you have to load your music library in WMP first, then you can close it and use the ToPlay player. I hate the way WMP does playlists so I don't use it however.

The best program I think for a music player on the today screen is TodayPlayer. It had a lot of features packed into it, but unfortunetely my bluetooth audio only came out in Mono tone (and yes my BT HS supports A2DP). It is pretty much open source so I believe it wouldn't take someone much time to just recompile the code for a WM5 device in the newer visual studio. Unfortunetely it's still more time than I have since I don't have any mobile programming experience.
