same happed with me, but the only thing that you have to do is: re import the
diamond theme

and i copied the folders (and the files in it
) in this directory to .../HTC_Touch_Diamond_v2/HTC_Touch_Diamond_v2/HTC Touch Diamond Images
into
/program files/lakeridge/winBar advance desktop/themes/HTC_Touch_Diamond_v2
but maybe it's not necessary...
and first copy the files, and than reimport the teme from /program files/lakeridge/winBar advance desktop/themes/
it's working for me from the program files folder, no need to copy to the my documents
and if i finish with install all the pages, i'm sure i'm going to upload a video
