Don't trust download test when using proxied browsers like Opera. That displays the bandwidth from the test site to Opera's servers.
The best way to tell if you are in Rev. A is to get your upload speed. The easiest way to do that is to tether to a computer to test.
Anything above 153 kb/sec up is Rev A. Try to tell the difference between Rev 0 and Rev A from download is very difficult, since the changes weren't that big. That being said, if you manage to get a download burst greater than 1.8 mb/sec, you are once again assured to be in Rev. A coverage.
