So, call 1-800-922-0204 to speed up the process. I just told the Verizon tech that my phone locked up and I performed a HARD RESET to get it going again. They apololgize for the inconvinence and walk you through getting it going again. It only takes about 5 minutes and you'll have your phone working again.

Depends on the rep I guess. I called from my 6900 and they were able to fix it while I was on hold.
