Aha, THIS must be what's happening to me! Like he said,
even when Opera itself is not running, I can only run one program at a time. There are a couple of exceptions where the "standard" programs will run at the same time-- like Calendar and Contacts. But if I try to run TCPMP and ActiveTrace so I can have music while I run, one will end up shutting itself off without any warning. Even if these are the only two programs running at all.
