I totally agree but one thing I have learning with PCs and PPCs is this, when I format and reload my OS on my PC and get all my apps installed and my updates done and my settings how I want them, I use Ghost and make a back image of the drive so that later on if anything goes wrong I just use the disc I made to restore everything back to where it was w/o having to go through all that crap again.

PPCs are no different. I use SPB Clone so that once I have my ROM installed and my red edits completed and all my settings how I want them, then I "clone" the device and keep that backup not only on my PC and email but also on my card incase I need it anytime later.

For instance you can load you WM6 and all your apps and then clone it. Then you could hard reset and when it boots back up the auto exe will kick in and ask if you want to restore and if you choose to continue then the restore process takes only a few minutes. It REALLY makes things easier and faster.

Unfortunately WM6 still has many issues. I dont know if they are commonly WM6 related (I think most are really) or if some are end-user or hardware related. I try to tell people that WM6 is great and all but on a 67 you get nothing from it other than a new look which you can do without WM6. The hardware on the 67 doesnt support what WM6 offers so there is no point unless you just have to have the newest thing for no reason other than to have it. I know that addiction all to well as I too used to have it.
