So this issue was weird. Im using the Unofficial Sprint 6.1 rom. It would show on my phone that it was plugged in, but wouldnt show on the computer. I couldnt get the 6.1 WMDC to load either because of some issue with outlook. Well i decided to change the usb port i was using and the problem fixed it self. Weird.
