Initial warnings aside, take a look at the post from konceptz about Custom Roms compiled for you. Download one of the roms from there, which are pre-packaged, so all you really need to do is run the .exe file. (I'd post a link to the thread, but can't, as I haven't posted enough yet. Anyways, it's stickied, so it should be one of the top few posts in this forum.)
