This is an ongoing problem with WMDC/Vista/PPC's. There's quite a few threads dealing with this issue. Do a search and you'll find all kinds of information tha may help. However, don't be surprised if you can't get your device to sync, in spite of all the help. I've been dealing with this issue for nearly a year, and have yet to successfully sync my 700WX
. A good work around is to use a backup program (e.g. Sprite, SPB Backup, or Resco Backup) in conjunction with DashWire.
