I have posted on
http://www.htcwiki.com/ home page a program which will allow user of the Mogul to access their GPS for free. I have even posted the source code for those who are adventurous. I used microsoft visual 2005, C#, and the Window Mobile 6 SDK as the starting place for the code. Enjoy.
