I happen to have that on my device and here's what I did.

1. Copied the exe to the storage card.
2. renamed it to biblereader_ce30_arm2.exe
3. Moved it back.

And it works lovely. I use quickmenu and it even showed up in the open app list as "Webster Gen1:1" and "Webster 1:28". So it even keeps track of the verses for ya. Good idea. Just use total commander to make a link for the new exe.

Disclaimer: Not all software works like this, if try it and mess up your phone, It's your fault, not mine.
