On their forum somebody posted "I actually played with it and got it to work a little while ago. In order to make it work, you have to instal TCMP cab file, do a soft reset, instal the TVU player, do a soft reset, start internet explorer to be sure you are connected to the internet, start the TCMP program, then start the TVU player. The list of channels will be pre-populated and once you click on a channel and hit "play", it will buffer and the video will show in the TCMP program. Hope this helps all those interested in this. "
Sounds like a pain to get it going but I've used the desktop version of their software and they have a great channel selection.
