So i called the SERO line today, she confirmed the pricing of the treo and the katana (i was overcharged by $80), transferred me to the order support desk, person said treo 800w launches the 13th, all the phones who have had it ordered have shown backordered (according to her), so she said 3-5 business days from the 13th i can expect it. Also I have to call back on the 13th because she doesn't see the phone on the website and can't see the price and she was too lazy or ignorant to call the SERO line. The check your order status shows 3-5 business days instead of backorder, hmm
