my computer is acting up so if theres a progam that i want i just downlaod the program and unzip it through the computer and then just take the CAB file and send it to my Hotmail...which i get straight to my phone (Email with the CAB file atttached.. i Just NEEEEED to understand why is it that when i click on the file it tells me something like

-Attchments will download next time you connect or receive e-mail...and time goes by and i receive email and nothing the file is still there..

ive manged to get by this once or twice with 2 other apps about has anyone one through this and can anyone help me understand this problem better or around it ....
