that part doesnt work yet. the version available is a beta if you will...
slide to unlock is a separate program that he conveniently bundled with the original download. Its in the zip file named "Diamond s2u2 v0[1].3.zip"
yes, download straight to phone and run.
Although, be advised as the dialer in this thread DOES NOT allow you to call 911!!!
