make sure your #777 data connection entry advanced settings have "use server-assigned IP address" and under proxy settings "this network connects to the internet" checked
What arparent said is correct, that if you have your mogul connected to your PC, its actually piggybacking off your PC's internet, not through sprint, so this is obviously an issue with the mogul having trouble dialing Sprint's data network at #777
Also make sure your wifi is disabled, maybe your mogul is trying to connect to a bad wifi network?
You can also try calling sprint to have them reprovision/reprogram your data settings over the air, that might help clear up some issues.
