UPDATE [x1]: I flashed back to the Mogul’s official gps rom from sprint; Jivetalk works beautifully. I was running dcd’s latest WM6.1 rom when I encountered the errors. Jivetalk is working great. I’m going to try the unofficial 3.49 leaked Sprint rom. I will be posting back soon with results.
UPDATE [x2]: The Sprint leaked 6.1 ROM(3.4.9) works great with Jivetalk. I actually haven’t been able to put it down. The software works wonderful. It closely resembles iChat for Mac OS X Leopard (maybe a little too much in a good way though). But it actually works; I can’t wait to see a full release because the alpha works so well. This is a software that I would definitely spend some cheddar on. I will continue to update you with new releases. Go JiveTalk!!
UPDATE [x3]: DCD’s 3.12 rom does work with Jivetalk, I was using a custom rom (his kitchen) and did not include SQLCE in my build.

As I just said I do not use but have built multiple ROMS some it worked on some it didnt depending on what XIP I used but I built one with .net 2.0 and 3.5 and SQLCE and still nadda using 19588 xip however if I switched it to a older XIP it worked just fine.
EDIT:::
After doing some research I have come across this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2360576 from reading beejive's knowledgebase and it appears theyve gotten a little further however it is still kicking errors. Also I just decompiled it and see mainly what the problem is they are using all old dependancies and they really need to update on there end. There is also a chance due to the insertion manner of the kitchens it is not doing something the way it likes it.
Basically I restate my original thie should be talked about and nudged on Jive's site as while we may be able to patch it to get it somewhat operational the problem is still on there end.
