In the future, if you get a new phone with a Cellcom rom on it, note ALL of your EPST settings (write them down), back up your extended rom cabs to your computer, and then flash a generic kitchen rom. I know DCD's roms are generic, and he has you download a carrier-specific cab to provision the phone. Your extended rom cabs should be enough to do the same.
