The dcd_titan_3.2.0.exe is just that an executable not a rar - is it a self-extracting zip or an executable that has everything built-in? Also your link to the ftp site doesn't work on my computer - following the link on the menu above it now gives a different url.
So, I'm still confused about the after radio section of your walkthrough. Maybe you are just presuming facts that you think are in my chain of evidence - which of course they may be and I'm just not connecting the dots. So are you expecting me to unpack a file(s) here and if so which ones?
the extraction part is from the latest stock (or leaked) sprint rom is to pull the files out of the self extracting exe to create the RUU folder. if its an .nbh file then you dont need to extract anything from that. the .nbh file goes into the RUU folder
