I don't think any of us intended for you to come out of pocket to get this done, so please post what will be needed to get this done so we can pitch in.
Make sure whatever charger we consider getting is compatible with the power system in Helmi's home country. If it isn't 110VAC 60hz and plug compatible then we might be better off sending Helmi a 20 and letting him buy one locally.
