Under the Menu tab when you're in your text messages, click on "Tools" and then on "Options" in that menu there should be four tabs listed along the bottom "Accounts" "Message" "Address" and "Storage"....under the "Message" tab there should be a box that says "Warn when deleting messages in the message list"....if this is unchecked, it won't pop up a confirmation box asking you if you want to delete the selected message...it will just delete it.
