I have seen many others with the same issue. All my pictures of my kids are gone - my mp3s are gone - and I can't access any email. Unbelievable!!!!

Did some looking. I feel your pain, and hope this will help. Gonna try it myself when/if it happens again. It's a SanDisk file recovery utility, free to try kind of program but if it works once, your data can be backed up for the off chance this happens again.
